应用范围:本产品用于裸铜线镀锡
性能:
我们知道，铜和锡是两种不同的金属材料，其物理和化学性能相差较大，铜不能和液态锡很好的粘合在一起，也就是说，铜线镀锡不借助于外界化学介质的作用，锡不会均匀而牢固地吸附在铜线表面。
助焊剂ZHJ和金属铜锡接触后，会激发两者的金属活性，增加两者之间的亲和力。
因此，在铜线镀锡过程中，若在铜线表面涂.上一层ZHJ,就能达到镀锡均匀而牢固的目的。
